Message to all Corporate Credit Card Holders

Dear Colleagues,The year-end is coming up very soon and all research grants and operating funds have to be acquitted to the Government and Funding Bodies.
For the University to be able to prepare accurate financial reports it is essential that all credit card transactions, currently outstanding, are acquitted in full.
Corporate Cards has provided all Faculties and Divisions with a list of outstanding items. In the case of the Faculty of Sciences these amount to a total value of $217,954.
Please review you credit card statements and ensure all current transactions are acquitted before 30th November 2009.
In some cases the members of the Faculty Accounts Payable Team have asked for corrections to be made or information to be provided. Please respond to these queries immediately to guarantee a timely processing of your card transactions.
